Thirteen boats came out for a hot and muggy night of sailing. Thunderstorms were popping up in the afternoon but the RC got a break in the weather and set a W4 course using South Canoe as mark 1 and North Canoe as mark 3. As the fleet started to go west of the Canoe's the wind lightened up bunching the fleet at the 1st mark with Stinger leading the fleet. On the run to the second mark lightening was observed by the RC so the decision was made to shorten course at mark 2. The RC had to hustle as the wind sung a full 180 degrees from the north with some more wind. Congratulations to Stinger and crew for line honors and 1st on corrected time followed by IKOIKO and Brass Ring. The after race get together was at the LGC Grotto.
