Any thoughts on what institutions need to do to start utilizing analytics? http://scope.bccampus.ca/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=16533 . Is the concern one of "fear of change"? Or not perceiving value in analytics? Why don't organizations take advantage of the data produced by learners and employees?
