Spoiler vibrations.

Since I am NEW - I will ask a few questions and tell what I did.

The spoiler vibrations are just strange - so I am looking for a solution.

I did something that helped allot.  The bottom fin is very loose - so I took Waxed Dental floss and created a washer by wedging it between the metal washer and the bar.  It helped about 50%+

I will continue to try to get rid of it..................

Any other ideas?
