hi i was buy accidentally subscription Avira phantom Vpn Pro so after i didnt any access or key and also i was already request refund but received email i am not eligible to refund so i that case i am not eligible get refund then why not have access license i have order number invoice number
thanks for reply i did every relevant report but apple didnt support to me and didnt response to me even i was said my pervious message i already request refund but apple already denied and i have many times report but also not response even also i did many times Quilty report but not get response
well about Avira Phantom VPN Pro i was already many times contact with Avira support they cannot find any charge and cannot find any subscription though my email registered in Avira also i tell them i already paid i have invoice number order number i paid yearly subscription so they said they cannot help out because i am not directly pay to them also even they did not give me any of license key about Avira
they already try to find out though email and apple email even they find out if i paid though apple paid they cannot find my charged i already provide them invoice and order number so just only need reference Number 9 digit "which is i dont have ''only apple provide to them
so now i didnt believe how to do apple with me like seems like scam apple get charge and even not give refund and even not respond i already many times talk apple support team also they said i cannot help you out i dont believe about apple they do with me seems like scam
