Firebug-RC1 and Pixeled-RC4 Released

RC1 of Firebug Theme and RC4 of Pixeled Theme are now ready for
download.

General changelog:
* Re-enabled the b2evolution logged-in topbar
* minor fixes
* added </div> comment tagging for knowing better which opening <div>
the closing </div> is for

Firebug changelog:
* Socialbar Widget done (forgot to do this in alpha1)
- To use the Socialbar, just add a "Free HTML" widget and use
plain HTML

Pixeled changelog:
* Fixed the CSS and DIV that's preventing the b2evolution logged-in
topbar in pushing down the site
- now when the b2evolution logged-in bar shows up, the site is
pushed down to neatly to give space to the topbar
