* Emerald now released to v1.0.0
* Firebug and Pixeled themes = code cleanup
* NEW THEME: Nonzero already at v1.0.0

Nonzero features:
- fluid and fixed width options
- 5 colors to choose from: blue, brown, green, magenta, and red
- currently available: 3 column mode only
- will release an updated version for the 2 column and columnless
modes

To choose your width layout and skin color, simply go to the "Skin
Settings" tab after selecting the nonzero skin.
