Hi All -  What great weather!  So for today - I have a great "in store" special!  I have lots of fresh, never frozen, chicken leg quarters - for only .69 per lb.  Leg quarters are great on the grill, pan fried, or baked.  $6.90 for a 10lb  bag - is a super deal.  When I bake them - I place them on a baking pan and sprinkle "Shake/Bake" on them and bake at 350.  About 40 min. later I dunk them in Johntoms BBQ  sauce and have a great meal.

NY strips and rib eyes are selling well too.  Guess it is due to the 50 degree weather, 

This week - is my first big poultry sale.  In stock are hearts/gizzards/livers, (no beaks/feet), bone in breasts/thighs, boneless breast/thighs, and whole  (3 1/2lb chickens), drumsticks, wings, and marinated breasts.  Since the cost of beef/pork is a little high - I thought why not poultry?  I think wings, breast, and whole chicken are selling strong.  I sure hope I sell all of the hearts - cause I have a 50lb, fresh, box of them! 

Oh - want a great appetizer?  Try this - "Shake/Bake" chic livers and pan fry them.  While that is going on - mix lots of curry into mayo.  Once the livers are done -dip them into the curry stuff.  Fattening - but good.  Heck - when you are my age - what else is there - but something good to eat and drink?  haha

Hi All -  Just in  -  Fresh sea bass, steel head salmon, and scallops.  It all looks so good.  First come - first serve. 

Have heart shaped rib eye steak for 2 and, porter house steak for 2 in stock.  This is such a good value for your dollar.

Open tomorrow 10 to 6 and Sun. 11 to 5.
