Hi All  -  FRESH FISH for today is:  cod, haddock, oysters-in-the-shell, scallops, and crab meat in the can.  The cod looks wonderful!

Tomorrow is my one day - mid winter - one day sale.  Have lots of good deals too.  5lb. bag of grd. beef - $10.99, smoked chops - $3.99, whole pork butt roast - $1.89, beef rump roast - $6.09, sirloin steak - $6.99  -  the list goes on......    Come early cause there will be a line out the door.

Got in today some new products - choc. chip cookie dough and 4 varieties of smoked sausages. 

Oh - noodles - all 5 varieties - are $2.59 per bag.  Usually $3.19.  Great for soups and beef/chix noodles.  Essenhaus

I made some stew the other night.  I used 2lb. stew meat and followed Paula Deans recipe.  I dumped all the veggies that  I had in my refrig.  Including lots of garlic.  You know I sell peeled garlic?  It is so much easier to buy peeled than the whole head.  In the whole head - you get little tiny pieces that are hard to peel - buying peeled  - the pieces are  big.

Just thought of it - another new product that I have is - McCormick's chix. stir fry.  About 1 1/2 lb bags.  All you do is really just thaw and heat.  I can honestly say this stuff is the best!  I eat lot of beef - and this stir fry was great.  And, the vegies were just so colorful.  I made up some 1/2 lb. containers for you to try. 

Lastly - just want to thank all of you for supporting my little store.  This pasted Jan. sales were over double from last Jan!  And, it looks like Feb. will be a good month too.  I really appreciate your support.  Of course - I could not have a little store like mine if it were not for my staff.  Especially Chef Matt!  He is my right hand!  And, of course - Ronnie, Chris, and all of my BSU sales staff.  In addition - my nephew - Jacob is now  starting to work here.  I am so blessed!

It is now time to "head for the ranch".  My day is over - will end for now.
