Hi All  -  11 more days - SPRING!  Be watching for my 1-day BIG-BIG-BIG, spring sale.  Will have lots of great items to welcome-in spring! 

Also - I will be closed this Wed. for repairs.  I need to touch-up/repair all floors, do some painting, lots of general cleaning, repair my saw, install a new cash register that is lots more efficient,and install storage shelves.  I hate to due this because of the client inconvenience and loss of sales - but it needs to be done.

Have lots of fish on hand - stop in.  This am I cut lots of steaks for today's warm, cook-out day.  We close at 5pm.

Hi All  -  FRESH walleye is in!  $17.39 lb.  Same with oyster-in-the-shell.  $!.09 each. 

Chef Matt is cooking b/b ribs today.  He is also preparing flavored ground chuck patties.

HI All  -  Great day!   Have some seasonal stuff today.  Chef Matt made flavored burgers, scotch eggs, chix/beef k-bobs, and lots of brats.

In stock now  - imported and domestic rack-of-lamb.  Domestic ground veal in 1 lb. pacs. 

I made a deal for some fresh turkeys and have a good amount of boneless,  fresh, turkey breast on hand.  They really look good. 

10 lb. boxes of rib tips are in stock also.   ----  ---- sure is great to start talking about summer items to market.

Watch for my one day, BIG, spring, sale - commencing March 28th (Sat).  Will have lots of spring stuff on sale.  

Just for the heck of it - I got  in a bushel of sweet corn.  One of my staff had some last night and said it was great.
