Beef and pork continue to increase in price. With the draught out west, and the PEV problems with pork - it will take sometime for prices to go down. I have good client that moved and when she comes back for visits - she stocks up on meat. She was telling me - out east - all steaks are $17.00lb!
A bin of pumpkins was to arrive today - now I have been told - it will be here Tues.
They weather is cooling - so I have chuck roast on sale. It is $5.49lb. I made a deal and it is now $4.99lb -. All should stock up - cause it might go higher in the future. You can freeze beef up to a year. Pork - 6 months. and smoked meats - 3 months.
