Hi All,    Just in - fresh, wild caught, salmon ($9.99) and Lake Erie, Walleye ($12.99). I only have 40ls. each, come in.  So - 1st come - 1st serve.  Call your order in.

Where did the summer go?  I have to have my turkey order in shortly.  How fast days go by.

Hope you all have noticed all the new products that came in.  Goat cheese, chili brats, a new menu, a new mini pac/bundle listing, Boars Head humus dips. lemon pepper chicken, and my favorite - pork sausage flavored with maple.  I  will have lots of holiday stuff coming in too. 

You know - I have 3 large ovens - on premise - and today I fiddled with making pizza.  It was not bad.  Once I get procedure, costs, and packaging readied - I will start to market them.  Any thoughts?

I have a good friend - that suggested that I carry figs.  Well - the past to deliveries - they were moldy.  I will keep on trying. 

Beef and pork continue to increase in price.  With the draught out west, and the PEV problems with pork - it will take sometime for prices to go down.  I have good client that moved and when she comes back for visits - she stocks up on meat.  She was telling me - out east - all steaks are $17.00lb!

A bin of pumpkins was to arrive today - now I have been told - it will be here Tues. 

They weather is cooling - so I have chuck roast on sale.  It is $5.49lb.  I made a deal and it is now $4.99lb -. All  should stock up - cause it might go higher in the future.  You can freeze beef up to a year.  Pork - 6 months. and smoked meats - 3 months.
