Hi All - What a nice day today! I do not feel like working. But, have lots to do in planning for the holidays. Plus, my business has picked up - lots. I kind of see a lot more movement in sales and peoples spending. I am so thankful for business.
Today I have some fabulous fish in. Scallops are the best I have seen in 6 yrs. I got some ORGANIC, salmon in too. Lots of fresh oysters (bulk), and fresh tilapia. Shell fish will be in next Friday.
Fresh turkeys will be in on the 18th(Tues.). I have ordered lots - 650 to be exact. I have in stock (early) gooses, ducks, and hens. I have been asked - frequently - what is a Cornish chicken? It is a baby chicken. Hens - are a older chicken and capons are a neutered rooster.
I will be carving out lots of whole turkey breast - so please place your order early to insure delivery.
Will be having a MONSTER, 3 day sale Nov. 24, 25. & 26. Ads will be coming out shortly. If you attended my anniversary - - you know what it will be like. So, now I am running a 3 day sale so I can accommodate everyone. Lots of people said they drove by and did not want to wait in line. Hope this helps.
I , also, have lots of hams - in stock. My usual, bone in, fricks ham (made with brown sugar), Fricks boneless hams, Kentucky Ledgen 1/2 hams, Cure 81, 1/2 spirals hams and whole hams. Chef Matt is busy making lots of cheese balls - mild and spicy, lots of stuffed products, brats (he just made a super good breakfast brat made with oatmeal and raisons), meat loaf and ham loaf (packaged in one and a half pac), and a host of other yummy products.
So you know - I will have extra help for my MONSTER sale.
