Hi All  -  Well, Jan. is gone !   Now - to get thru the next 2 months!

Did you know I have 4 types of "crock pot" meals?  And, a spaghetti/cheese meal?  Just heat the sauce and pour over your spaghetti.  Yesterday - for lunch - I just heated up the sauce and added some chopped onions - and I had lunch.  In the near future I will be coming out with a few more "easy cook" dinners.

Want to mention - I  carry fingerling potatoes and now purple potatoes.  These are very tasty potatoes and look good on your plate too. 

Chef Matt is now preparing for the Super Bowl.  He will have ready:  BBQ, cooked ribs, turkey legs, turkey wings, chicken wings, artichoke dip, crabbie patties, lot/lots of flavored brats, and some more stuff (I can't remember all that he makes). 

Plus - I have crackers, Boar's Head cheeses, summer sausages, and lots of luncheon meats to add to your Super Bowl festivities. 

Lots of people have been asking me if I would give a little presentation at there club, social gathering, sorority, etc.  Just call me - and I would be happy to.  I just need some lead time to gather my thoughts.

Last week and this week I have lowered the price on beef tenderloin.  I made a one-time-good-deal and can now offer fillets at $15.99lb.  Down from $21.99.  Once they are gone - the price will go back up.  I have lots on hand - but 1st come-1st serve.

You know - you can freeze beef up to 12 months, pork up to 6 months, and smoked meats up to 3 months.  So you know.

Last Fri. I set up a large display of fresh spices.  These spices come from San Francisco.  They are of the highest quality that I can buy.  I priced them as I would any grocery item.  So, I do not know if I am competitive - but, I do know the quality is there - and, I am the only one in town that carries this high quality spice.  Let me know what you think?

The numbers are not in yet - but - 2014 was a great year.  So, I thanks all of you for supporting me.  I am so blessed!  Plus, this operation could not be done if it were not for my staff.  Trying to please 1000's of customers and then to deal with me is a very demanding job.  So, my hat is off to my staff.

Hi All  -  JUST IN  -  Steelhead salmon - $12.99 and tilapia - $7.99.

In store  special - pork sausage, Italian sausage, maple sausage, fresh sausage  - was $3.09  - now - $2.69.  This is a deal!
