Hi All  -  It is a great day at Lahody Meats!  I have lots of fresh fish in house.  Tilapia, steel head salmon, scallops,  and oysters-in-the-shell, and bulk.  For some reason - all the sea bass did not sell last week.  So, I froze them in about 3/4lb steaks.  See bass is so good.  Just pan fry in a little oil. s/p, and squeeze some fresh lemon on top.  When the fish get pure white on one side - flip and cook till meat flakes. 

Kids from Butler U. are now making "peach BBQ" sauce.  I will sample it out next week.  I already sell John Toms BBQ sauce - and I think it is the best!  So we shall see.  But, it is another Indiana made product.

Another new product that arrived this week - DEEP RIVER potato chips.  Made in CT.  These chips (6 flavors) are all natural, kosher cert.,100% sunflower oil, Non GMO potatoes and sunflower oil, no preservatives, cholesterol free, no trans fats, and no MSG.  The flavor that I like the best is "Sweet Maui Onion".

I just made myself a snack - take any cheese and cut into a little piece - and top with a kalamata olive.  Serve with a martini - WOW!

Will be having a huge "mid winter", one day, sale this Sat. Feb 28th.  I will have lots of great priced meat products for sale.  Already have lots of beef, in-house, for this event. If you noticed - my weekly sales are always butcher shop related items.  I do not believe in marketing and paying for advertisement - to have on sale stuff that is gimmicky.  Just meat and potato stuff sold here.  So, on the 28th - will have bacon, grinds, steaks, chops, - the list goes on.....
