Serious Parking Issue

First of all, HAPPY NEW YEAR J
Sorry, to start with a concern email, but its need of the hour we should raise our voice before it become a mess.
Yesterday night I reached home with my family and found that someone have parked in my allotted parking!! I found that our LA HABITAT PARKING sticket was not there on the car. On further inquiry the watchman told me that the car belongs to a member of our society. When the watchman approached the member for shifting the car the member abused him and us for knocking the door at 11 pm. Then I myself went to speak to the member and the member abused me as well with all sorts of things, “ur not a gentlemen…. La Habitat main rehne ke laayak nahi ho tum log… raat ko iss time pe darwaza khatkhatne kei himmat kaise hui….”etc etc.
I don’t want to name anybody here, though I have clicked pictures of lady pulling her car back from the parking. This is a serious concern. I have come to know that this member had a parking issue with quite a few other members of our society. Firstly, how come she was allowed in to the society without the car sticker and secondly, how can we be subjected to such abuse where as she is the one in complete fault. It was really surprising and shocking to see that I had to plead for my own parking space!! If this is the scenario. It was clear case of CHORI UPER SE SINA ZORI…
These are the members who don’t have civic sense and disturb the formation of our society. This concern needs to be addressed ASAP or else such people will find a easy way of parking anywhere and whenever they want!! What is the use of paid parking when such incidents have to happen
I suggest, we need to have strong mechanics of complaint. For e.g: democratic platform like this googlegroup should be back in action, where we can disclose the names with their pics in public.

I am ok as long as there is no due diligence on moderation and traffic has to flow freely.
This is not anyone's personal fiefdom and shouldnt be run as one. I have serious objection to selective release of mails and selective interpretation.
If this is a forum for like minded then it has to act as one. If people do not adhere to decorum pl warn at first instance and then remove them at second or third but this cannot be controlled medium.

Moral: We are with you Mr. Patel and NOT only u BUT most of Genuine residents,
residing at LH facing the same problem that u faced.
To stop this Anti ...... Mentality people, we should stand together... and should go
for the Strictest Action and not just the Statements !!!!

Many time we see one car without sticker parked in Basement Drive Way !!!
Whom so ever the member, kindly obey the parking norms, as it is inconvenient to others to park the car at their paid Parking area!
We have so many cameras ! What security is doing !!!
