BASEMENT PARKING - DAMAGED SLOPE

Dear All,

 

Hope most of our members are  aware of the damage occurred  at the beginning of slope ( exit to ground level) at basement parking.

 

It is  more than a month, till we are not able to   repair it.  The reason may be any thing. If this is not done immediately, the entire  width will get damaged and will be ending up paying more.

 

This is small activity. But we are  not able to get it done timely.  

 

This is just beginning !!

 

We shall be facing the big issue shortly--- Max damaged AC duct panels !  Which will spoil the show of entire La Habitat ! Every year 10% panels are getting damaged !  Our kids too contributing by playing footballs in Lawn.  The members who have paid PLC  will see the more damaged panels from their  balconies and realize the PLC paid to Pacifica is total waste.

Hi,

One more concern,

Just got to know that not all servants have given their required details to our admin office!!

As per notification of police commissioner its compulsory.

Need to do the needful on priority, else we can be caught off guard any day.
