Dear Friends
The commercial misuse of LH premises are on the rise now. We already have guest houses and girls and boys hostel and now on a daily basis posters are pasted anywhere and everywhere with such impunity and strong glue that it is becoming difficult to even remove it. Earlier it was near the escalators and now it is seen everywhere. See the photo attached.
Those house owners/rented friends who have not yet submitted their Lease agreement may please do so to avoid arrest.
Last week, a house owner was arrested in Sabarmati area for not furnishing the rent agreement (many must have read this in newspapers).
The police came to know about this when the tenant applied for a passport and police came for verification. Both the tenant and house owner had to get over heavy hardships before they could come out.
