I would create the issue anyway, and put a comment asking for someone
else to confirm it.
That way we all know about an issue and we will quickly find out
weather it is an issue with the testing machine, or if it affects
multiple people.
I mainly look at the git hub issue list at the moment, since I do not
have much time because of exams.
If you create a git hub issue, it makes it very easy for me to test /
confirm it.
