Lots of comments on the forums upset/angry/not understanding the choice to go with Gravatar. Personally don't have a problem with it, but thought it might be something that should be addressed.
On that note - if it is addressed - we may want to look at creating some sort of 'Announcement/News' Category on the forums.

Pretty sure there is a blip about it in the FAQ section. Works fine for me. But it is different than many people may be used to.

I commented in the forum with the reasons so hopefully that will help people understand at least (even if they don't like it).
