Delete whatsapp folder from C:/Program Files and use C-cleaner or other registry cleaner to delete registry entries and files related to whatsapp. Then try to re-install program. If same issue continue then you need to fix missing dll or might need to repair your window
Hi, Im new in KaOS (and in Linux), sorry for my english.
I want to install whatsapp, buf im unable to install any package of KCP, I always get an error in the terminal. Here is an example. Please help.
KCP is NOT maintained by KaOS, it is done by users like yourself. Whoever submitted Whatsapp to KCP has completely abandoned it, has not seen any updates for over 3 years, thus it is up to people like yourself who want to use this app to pick up maintenance again:
If you need help, then the forum is not the best place, many who are active in KCP do not frequent the forums, thus open an issue in the KCP app whatsapp and see if someone is willing to help you resolve the issue regarding a complete outdated package.
The whatsapp client KCP package references is not even available an github anymore, I would suggest franz as a working alternative. It bundles multiple messengers, is actively developed and has a maintained KCP package.
My WhatsApp has been giving me trouble for a long time regarding backups. It started a couple of months ago when I pressed back up now and I received an error message saying "unable to back up". A little while later, my WhatsApp suddenly crashed and when I tried opening it, I received an additional error message saying
My WhatsApp has been working fine ever since yesterday when it gave me the same "unable to back up" error message I'm all too familiar with. Not surprisingly, the next day my WhatsApp crashed and the situation that happened a couple of months ago repeated itself.
While my phone is in idle state, I am not receving whatsapp mesages until i open the whatsapp app. This problem is for all iphones in my family. ANdroid phones receiving normally. I am unable to receive messages from whatsapp while using netgear wifi.
I have been trying to connect with the Whatsapp server using the yowsup library for python but am unable to do it. The connection seems to time out and I keep getting the message "Disconnected because closed" error message. When I try to do the same locally on my laptop I am able to connect without any issues. I am new to PythonAnywhere and was hoping to know what's different on PythonAnywhere that is causing this issue.Below is the error message that I keep getting. Hoping to hear from you at the earliest.

If you can save files to your SD card, but you are still unable to download any files from WhatsApp to your device, you may need to delete WhatsApp data from your SD card. This will erase ALL WhatsApp chat history backups and downloaded files.
I have a myhive classic and I am experiencing some problems with whatsapp where a firewall rule has been made and this rule is blocking connections that are made. Being that when a connection is made in whatsapp it calls, but when it is answered it gets connected status and does not transmit voice or video to the other device
Just to clarify, you are trying to allow access to whatsapp for your users? If you can't find any rules that are blocking the traffic, I would recommend running a trace route to see where the traffic gets dropped. You can do this by SSHing in to the AP and running the command: tracert
Thank you for that screen shot, none of those rules should be blocking this application as far as I can tell unless the app needs access to an internal resource. I'd like to run a frame filter to see where the traffic is dropping, and so we can see exactly what kind of traffic whatsapp uses. We can try to walk you through this over the forum, but it would be easier if you could make a support case so we can help you run the frame filter directly.
I have the following rule in my ip-firewall, and when I apply these rules the connection by whatsapp, in case I remove it, it works again. I would need whatsapp to be fully freed on my network. follows print of the rules.
First, I did a static address mapping for my IOS devices as these are the only ones I use for Whatsapp video/ audio calls and chats.
I want only my IOS devices being allowed to use Whatsapp so that no attacker from outside could get through to my NAS, printer or any other devices not intended to use Whatsapp.
Hey LTT enjoyers, I used to frequently use the Whatsapp web application on windows almost everyday, but since their recent move to Microsoft store the app can no longer be downloaded from anywhere else, But since I live in Lebanon and Microsoft stopped their products in Lebanon no download button appears in the store, I tried resetting the app multiple times and tried connecting my Wi-fi to a vpn to see if that would solve it but still no download button, I even tried making a US Microsoft account and still nothing worked, any suggestions?
Cordial greetings, I find myself in a situation that could not be solved.
I have made the integration of whatsapp powered by twilio to show a chat bot on whatsapp, the servicenow instance and the twilio account are connected, but when I want to call the bot from whatsapp it throws me the message je cannot be found adapter configuration, this from the twili sanbox, my question is.
To do this type of integration with virtual agent and whatsapp, can you use the sandbox or does it have to be with a paid account?
I hope someone can clarify my doubt, thanks in advance.

Media permission is a thing that means a lot in this situation. But, keep in mind that different operating systems demand other procedures in this regard. To avoid downloading was unable to complete on WhatsApp, you need to follow the following steps to grant access to storage.
Sometimes, you may face the unable to download media error because of server-related issues from WhatsApp. To ensure that servers are working properly, you can visit the down-detector.
