Nigeria at 53: There is Hope for the Future!
Despite all our travails; political, economical and societal issues, isn't it worth it to still believe in Nigeria. Personally, I am proud to be a Nigerian and grateful to God to be alive today to witness my country at 53.

Though there is so much pain in the land. So much innocent blood have been shed crying for no specific reason. So much hatred. Insecurity. Greed. Ego and Insincerity, in all of this I am confident because I am sure it’s only for a moment.

As a man thinketh so he is.
The life we're experiencing today is a direct result of the programming our mind had received over yesterdays; a lot of people speak negative words to this Great Nation. My people, let's note that if we spend too much time looking at the past we will miss the future.

As we remember Nigeria and celebrate her today, It’s time we come together collectively and pick the destination we want not minding what people will say to us.
Nigeria can be great again.
We can be GIANT again.
We can rule Africa again.

Not minding who is at the helms of affairs we can together contribute our quota to make Nigeria a great Nation as prophesied during her birth.

Fellow patriot, can we from this day forward choose more carefully what we put into our mental factory? Can we be cautious, even protective of what we let others dump into our mind? Can we be mindful of our actions here at home or in diaspora towards the upliftment of our great Country?

“Oh God of creation, direct our noble cause.
Guide our leaders right, help our youths the truth to know.
In love and honesty to grow and living just and true.
Great lofty heights attain.
To build a nation where peace and justice shall reign.”

It is time we Stand Guard at the Door of our Mind as we take Nigeria to the Promise Land.

Happy Independence Day fellow compatriots.
