Seeking a Technical Co-Founder

Hello everyone,

My name is Jide Lawal. I’m building a modern, multi-tenant call centre platform focused on African businesses.

The product is centred on chat and email today, with voice to follow. The goal is simple. Give banks, insurers, churches, schools, and growing organisations a serious customer support system without the cost and complexity of foreign platforms.

I’m looking for a technical co-founder to build this with me.

This is not a contractor role. It is a co-founder role.

I’m looking for someone who:

• Can design and build production-grade systems
• Is comfortable with Node.js, real-time systems, and modern web stacks
• Cares about clean architecture, reliability, and long-term thinking
• Wants meaningful ownership, not just another job

Important to be clear upfront.

There will be no salary for the first six months.

This period is about building the core product, validating the market, and positioning the work for revenue and funding. Equity will be discussed early and structured properly. Once revenue or funding lands, compensation follows.

This is not just an idea. Active development is already underway, with a clear roadmap and real use cases in view.
