to Art Kunkin
dear friends in l.a.
i wholeheartedly encourage you to make a point of
being there with art on sunday. it was my privelege to
have taken his meditation class in joshua tree for two
years - a class which taught me to see the very word
'meditation' in a radically new and usefull light - so
i can personally attest to the fact that even one
afternoon with art is well worth any thinking person's
time. as a contributor to the newly resurrected free
press, i have also been fortunate to be involved ina
publication which can help to bring about badly needed
transformation in this world.
art has been deeply involved in the most progressive
work this country has known for over half a century. i
firmly believe, from experience, that a lot can be
learned from this elder advocate of peace and
happiness.
yours,
ted
