Has anyone that is using LUS internet, phone, and video services been
able to get the caller Id function to display on the TV with incoming
phone calls? My 'extras' caller id app doesn't seem to work. I get an
error message. Is this app functional?

It now works fine. Guess the STB just needed to get the full auto
update/sync from LUS after a recent install. Caller ID now shows on TV
when landline phone receives incoming call. There is a viewable log of
incoming calls kept under Menu/ Extras/ Apps.
