Design Concepts will process your order to your exact specifications and coordinate white glove delivery to your residence. Upholstered items typically (do not) include fabric. You may select and purchase a fabric from any one of our 'trade only" manufacturers to be applied to your piece. Your fabric selection will be processed as a separate order.
L.A. Design Concepts will coordinate the application of your selected fabric. There is no additional cost by the manufacturer to apply your fabric to your order. Alternatively, you may also elect to send in your own fabric to be applied to your piece.
White Glove delivery will be quoted based on the size of the piece and your location. L.A. Design Concepts is required to collect sales tax for California only. Sales tax may apply in other states based on if the manufacturer you are ordering from has presence in your state.

Upon placement of your order, we will immediately place your specified yardage on hold. If your specified yardage is not available in one piece, we will contact you with the exact cut sizes available for your approval. All orders are 1st Quality Guaranteed and ships directly from the manufacturer's warehouse to your specified ship to address. You will receive an Order Confirmation once we have finalized the details of your order.
A Cutting for Approval (CFA) allows you the opportunity to see the exact dye lot that you will be receiving on your (paid) fabric order. Dye lots can vary slightly upon each new run of the fabric. Cuttings are offered on orders of 3 yards or more. Any sampling you may have in your possession may be different than the current dye lot offered. Upon adding your order to the cart, you will be prompted if you would like a (CFA).
L.A. Design Concepts does not calculate wallpaper amounts. Wallpapers vary in length, vertical repeat and horizontal repeat which all needs to be taken into consideration to accurately determine your required amount.
We highly recommend contacting a local wallpaper installer to measure your area to determine the correct amount required. Otherwise you run the risk of under ordering or over ordering on your project. Online calculators will give you an approximate idea, but often times they are not accurate.
Many of our clients have had success with MyUS.com. MyUS.com will handle all necessary paperwork and calculate any duties or taxes that may be required for your shipment. You may also elect to use a freight forwarder of your choice.
Our Premier Design Service is tailored for today's consumer with discriminating taste who feels confident in making his or her own design decisions. Many interior designers and architects also elect to use our services for the convenience of expediting access to all trade lines.
