Class project site resources

Hello LCLUG,

I am working with some fellow classmates and we are doing some
research in our help desk analyst class. We are talking about
computers/technology during the 1970s. Have any of you ever had to
encounter known common problems for user support with personal
computers or commercial/workstation/main frame computers? I also am
researching about the software that was being used during that time
frame. Specifically with UNIX after it was developed and how the OS
platform made an impact in the industry timeline. Knowing this is a
forum, I would prefer the articles or websites be from credible
sources, but personal experience is fine. This would be a real help.
