What have I been up to?  well - glad you asked!

We have been using proxmox virtualization environment at work for virtualizing our physical old servers.   (got a epyc sever as our main and using some of our old dell 720's as quorum and high availability setup.)  I really like it so far.

Still rocking stretch on this laptop.   I am planning on updating to buster soon - but I am using virtmanager/qemu with pass through for a windows 10 vm.  I need to make sure that will work as is.

stuff and things..  To do some of the non-circular boring/turning - I had to install a high resolution encoder (20k counts per rev)  and it is working great (some of the other videos show some of the work)
