·         Deepen your attention into the root of your pelvic bowl using meditative movement and voice.

·         Watch the breath freely proceed through your awakened body and invite your breath to become the source of your movement.

·         Explore the resonating chambers of your body with vocal sound production

·         Weave the voice of the group as one through improvised vocal sound meditation.

An exploration of your pelvic bowl, your spine, your breath, your roots

The Class:

·         Deepen your attention into the root of your pelvic bowl. Connect to the self-healing, creative cosmic power encoded in every cell of your body

·         Align simple body movements with sacred breath to quiet the mind and touch the sweet gentle ecstasy of our divine being

·         Join in spontaneous and joyful dance meditation to explore the mystery of life within your being

·         Gently open formerly closed areas in the body to activate self-healing circuits

·         Once we consciously embody our whole system we explore the resonation of vocal sound production as a group

·         This practice deepens our relationship with the path of the Divine Feminine (For men and women)
