The PGK Project's Summer Intensive is a 2 week Monday to Friday (930am to 4pm) program targeting Advanced to Intermediate Level Dancers, Choreographers, Teachers directed by Founding Director Peter Kalivas with 'PGK' Artists and Faculty.
Each morning alternates between Contemporary/Modern Technique and Ballet, followed by learning works in the repertory of our resident professional company. This is then followed by Composition where all can choose whether to choreograph or dance in a work being created by a student choreographer. Although a goal could be to create something to be included in the final performance the focus remains on the process vs. product during the intensive.
