Request you to refer candidates who are located in Bengaluru only and are willing to work in Bengaluru/ Indore/ Noida so that they can come for a Face to Face Interview.            Role: Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer     Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA     Technology: Java/J2EE     Experience: 2-5 years     Job Location: Bengaluru          Job Description: Good core Java & J2EE skills with knowledge of OOPS principles Exposure to good software programming practices and principles Good web technology and computer science fundamentals Good working knowledge in Struts/Spring/Hibernate Ability to perform low level design or implement given module independently Knowledge of web services would be an additional advantage           Role: Module Lead/Lead Software Engineer                   Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA     Technology: Java/J2EE     Experience: 5-8 years     Job Location: Bengaluru /Indore/Noida     Job Description: Expertise on Java/J2EE and should be experienced in implementing complex business logic Should have worked on open source products Hands on experience in implementing and in-depth knowledge of various design patterns Good communication, problem solving & interpersonal skills. Self-starter & resourceful personality with ability to manage pressure situations Capable of providing the design and Architecture for the typical business problems   Exposure and awareness of complete PDLC Out of box thinker and not just limited to the work done in the projects Good understanding of algorithms, data structure and performance optimization techniques Capable of working as an individual contributor and within team too Having experience on the following will be an added advantage: -               i.        Indexing solutions using solr/ lucene or any custom solution              ii.        Understanding/ experience in writing M/R (Map Reduce) jobs             iii.        Understanding/ experience in any of the NoSQL/ Graph databases (Cassandra/ MongoDB/ HBase/ CouchDB/ Neo4J etc)           Role: Manager Software Engineer/Technical Architect                   Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA     Technology: Java/J2EE     Experience: 8- 15 years     Job Location: Bengaluru /Indore/Noida     Job Description: Expertise on Java/ J2EE and should still be hands on. Should have worked on open source products and also contributed towards it. Implemented and in-depth knowledge of various java/ J2EE/ EAI patterns by using Open Source products. Design/ Architected and implemented complex projects dealing with the considerable data size (GB/ PB) and with high complexity Sound knowledge of various Architectural concepts (Multi-tenancy, SOA, SCA etc) and capable of identifying and incorporating various NFR’s (performance, scalability, monitoring etc) Technological evangelization, sharp sense of communication. Should be Good in Databases (Oracle/ MySQL/ DB2) Working Knowledge of various scripting languages like perl, shell would be an added advantage. Sound knowledge about the clustered deployment Architecture and should be capable of providing deployment solutions based on customer needs.
