Analog input capacitance

Hello,

I would like to buy some oscilloscope probes for the LabTool, but the Embedded Artists web page for LabTool does not list the input capacitance ranges. All it has is:  "+-25V input range, 1 Mohm input impedance, TBD pF input capacitance."

I understand that one might be able to calibrate the probes and adjust the input capacitance, but I would like to know the approximate ranges supported so that I do not buy the wrong probes.

Does anyone have any idea if these probes will work?

Hi Liviu,

We have not characterized the inputs in detail for work with external probes. Unfortunately we cannot give you any recommendations for probes right now.

Just to let you know that the probes that I have posted a link to in the original post work great with LabTool. Not done excessive amounts of validation, but at least the LabTool calibration process

works fine using the probes.
