ADC Sample Rate Limitations

Hi there,

Labtool webpage states that the Labtool ADC can sample one channel at 60 MSps, or 80 MSps if no hardware triggering is enabled.

Is this due to a limitation of the LPC4370 micro-controller?

What prevents the use of level triggering at 80 MSps and can this be circumvented?

Hi, I know this post is old, but anyway.
I'm using the LPC4370 and I can tell it is difficult to get 80MSPS with no sample drop. There are few posts on NXP forum about this and the thing is related to the DMA performance. So, with or without hardware triggering I think the LPC4370 can not properly handle 80MSPS stream.
I'd be happy to be refuted anyway since I'm trying to achieve 80 mSPS too!
