RELEASE: labscript-utils 3.2.2

Dear labscript community,

labscript-utils 3.2.2 has been released! This is a minor update that incorporates a number of bugfixes to the behind-the-scenes build process as well as other fixes, including: labscript-utils now reports its correct version when installed from conda and a h5py memory leak.

As always, great thanks to the contributors, testers, and bug reporters that made these updates possible!
