i want to know if embinux kernel supports cpufreq and power management
for beagleboard?

hi venkat,

thanks for quick reply. when i try using sysfs interface for cpufreq
to change frequency, no freq update is happening. am i missing
something?

Did you enable the cpu power management option from menuconfig ?

yes
i did. i enabled both cpufreq and power management options from
menuconfig. the same thing is working fine with kevin hilman's omap pm
branch.
also i want to know how i can make omap pm branch kernel compatible
with embinux android?
