Dear friends,

 

Roughly a year ago (!) I announced two new faculty positions here at the Center for Marine Biology / USP. It is now my pleasure to announce another one, this time for a position on "Evolutionary Biology". I am sending attached the program and other details of the selective process (this is in Portuguese, sorry). All candidates must validate their PhD degrees in a Brazilian University - there are ways to speed up the process and I may help to get it done on time. English can be accepted in all stages (all written materials, oral presentations, interviews, etc.), but proof of Portuguese proficiency should be provided within two-years time after admission. Encourage any potential candidates to write me directly; there are several other details that should be taken into account for a decision on whether or not to take the chance.

 

Registrations - online and free of any charges - will be open from tomorrow until June 6th.
