There was a subtle but long-standing bug in LABjs about sections of
the chain that are "empty" (that is, have nothing to load/execute) not
properly continuing the execution cursor to the next section. This bug
has been corrected, which also helps fix some intended usage in the
"conditional chaining" feature released in v1.1.11.
1.1.12 is now the officially stable (and pretty well tested) version
of LABjs and all users are encouraged to upgrade.
