Paid for Lifetime Subscription - Unable to Access

I paid for a lifetime subscription to Label Maker - initially I was running off a free trial. After purchasing - I am unable to switch over to my paid account. When I attempt I am put in a redirection loop and eventually land on a bad gateway page.
