Avery Label 18160 (same size as Avery 8160 and 5160)

I have followed all of the directions to no avail. I purchased the $80 package so that I could use this for years to come as I will have plenty of labels I'll need to print off. I'm about to ask for a refund since nothing I do with the directions provided have helped. Please provide more directions in order to print my labels out correctly.
