4 days left on free version but unable to print unless I upgrade

Hello

I still have 4 days left on the free version but I cannot create a label document to print. The only option, once I have formatted my labels, is to click on the '4 days left' message which just links me to the upgrade options. From there is no return to my free version.

Please advise. Quickly. As it keeps reminding me my time is running out.

I have used this program a lot over the last month. And love it. For some reason this glitch is happening right now.

Here are a series of screenshots.

Notice that this still says 4 days left. I have no other options to click on to create the document as I have had in the past.

When I click on it I get the following.

Please advise.

Hi Julie,

Thanks for the screenshot. I think you just need to scroll down in the right sidebar to view the blue "create labels" button.
Alternatively, you can increase your window size and the button will appear by itself. The issue here is just that the button is hidden due to insufficient space on screen.

Thanks for the hints.

By minimizing the window I was able to find the appropriate fields. 

Not sure why that window or data stretch happened between uses.

But simple fix. Much appreciated.
