We need to cancel our subscription

We have already uninstalled the labelmaker, but how do we stop getting charged every month?  We really only used it one time, and have been  charged every month, which our school will not reimburse.

Help please.

Hi Claudette, 

Thank you for your message. It is quick and easy to cancel your subscription: 
  1. Start by opening a new Google Docs.
  2. In the Add-ons menu, click on Create and Print Labels - Labelmaker
  3. Then select My account
  4. Under the "Current plan" section, click on Manage subscription
  5. Now click on Cancel plan
Havind said that, and as per your request, I do confirm your subscription has been canceled. You will not be charged again, but you can still enjoy your premium account on Labelmaker until the end of the current period.
 
As we're really looking to improve Labelmaker, may I ask what makes you cancel your subscription? Your feedback is precious to me.

Hi, 

I am trying to cancel my subscription. It says that we have a free trail, but we have been charged around $10/month for the last several months. It doesn't give me the option to select "My Account," only "Uninstall." Can you help me with this, please?

These directions do not work in the USA.  There is no "My Account" option only an install or uninstall.  I have sent several emails now requesting this cancelation and credit back for the new charge I never approved.  Cancel this subscription for Maria....@gmail.com immediately and refund in full the charge you made in Dec of 2022.  I have not used this since 2021.

Hi Maria, Hi Tara, 

Thank you for your emails. I do confirm these directions work in every country. All you need to make sure is to be logged under the right email address while opening a New Google Docs, to access you Labelmaker' add on. 

Having said that, I do confirm both or your subscriptions have been canceled succesfuly.
