Label Content not filling in

Hi

When I open the document the results are NOT filled in with the data from sheets but rather the label content format (i.e. <<Owner Label Name>>

<<Owner Address>>
<<Owner City State>> <<Owner Postal Code>> )

If I understand correctly you are trying to create Labels from a Google Sheets. 

May I suggest to have a look at our Guide on how to create labels from a Google Sheets ?

If you still cannot get the result done, would you please send me a screenshot of the screen before pressing the "Create Labels" button, and after? Also, please inform about which template you would like to use, and which result you are trying to achieve.

I tried clicking that link and it goes to a 404 File Not Found Page.

Yes, I am trying to create labels using a Google Spreadsheet.

Now, what is happening for me is this:

1) I click on the "Create Labels" Button.

2) The button shows the spinning animation for 15 seconds. See Picture 1.

3) When the animation is finished spinning, it just goes back to the "Create Labels" button. See picture 2.

I have tried multiple troubleshooting actions, such as exiting my browser, restarting my computer, even trying it on a different computer. The same result occurs, which is no labels are created at all!

Please advise. This tool is very important for my business.

Hi Andrea, hi Arthur, 

Thank for your emails. 

Your issue might be due to using multiple Google accounts under the same Chrome browser. Google can't handle when multiple accounts are logged in, and Chrome extensions, such as Labelmaker, don't work well.

SOLUTION : I recommend creating a new profile in Google Chrome with the account you are using Labelmaker with. This will make sure it'll always work with the right account. It takes only 1 minute to set up. To create a new profile, here's a guide: https://mailmeteor.com/blog/how-to-create-google-chrome-profile

Hello again,

I created a new profile using the step-by-step guide you provided and it still won't work.

I also tried using Cognito mode, so I would be the only profile cached in memory, and that didn't work also!

Can my issue be escalated further to tech support to take a look at?

I need this tool to be functional as soon as possible.
