Lifetime Subscription Not Showing Up

Hi,

I recently purchased a lifetime subscription. I was sent a receipt, but never saw it applied to my account. Since I desperately needed the service I broke down and purchase a one month subscription (in addition to the lifetime; yes, I've wasted money), and that worked fine. But now my account lists as "monthly," expiring in a few weeks. Will my Lifetime subscription kick in then?
