The labels are not lining up when printing. The bottom of one address is printed on the top of another address.

I set the margins to NONE. Chose letter as the label pages is a letter size.

I tried both 5160 and 8160 templates.

Very frustrating that I spent $40 to use Lablemaker and now I'm just wasting/throwing away label pages as they are not lining up correctly.

Hi Jen,
Thanks for your message. I'm sorry to hear you couldn't manage to use Labelmaker properly.
We thoroughly test all templates before rolling them out.

Here are some questions to investigate further:
1- Can you confirm you are printing it with margins set to "NONE"?  (it seems you did, just checking)
2- Can you check if the scale is 100% when printing and you are using a US letter format for paper size? it seems you did too, just checking too)
3- Have you considered lowering font size or reducing the amount of text? Labels can only contain a certain amount of characters, when there are more inside them, they will grow and misalign
4- Could you take a picture of the misalignment you noticed and send it to me directly ?

Thanks in advance,
Best,
Lucy

hi Lucy, I'm having a similar problem,  I can't seem to get my brother printer to print to the margin correctly? or the label maker is messed up, what's the page setup settings I should have for the template in margins for top, left, right, bottom?
