Subscription Cancellation

Hi there, I would please like to cancel my subscription. I have had this for several months but have been unable to effectively use it.

I bought the lifetime license, but I've been unable to get it to work consistently.  Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.  I've found a better solution.

Please cancel my subscription.
