@sylvia , I was able to self-resolve by signing out of Chrome itself, clearing caches, and signing back into the appropriate/licensed' account in Chrome itself (not just in google drive, the actual actual browser).
I use multiple accounts on the same Chrome browser, and even though it looked like it was signed into the proper one on GDrive web page, the browser app itself showed a different account. Normally that was fine and no issues, but something on the back-end is getting twisted with multiple accounts (at least for me. The account I'm using to post is the default/personal account I use, not the licensed google account that I purchased Avery labelmaker with. That was a sign to me that the accounts were getting mixed up.
