Extension Not Working

Hi there, 

When I click on "Create Labels", the white box that pops up on the right of the screen is blank and does not have any drop downs or spaces to generate the label. Any reason why this is happening and how to trouble shoot?

Hi there,

Thank you for your message. Could you please tell me more about the
spreadsheet you are using? The most common reason I can think of is when
the list of data is too big. Do you have a heavier spreadsheet than your
regular ones?
 
Labelmaker has a hard time retrieving the information in large documents.
We generally advise splitting the spreadsheet into several parts. The tool has
to cycle through all the lines in a spreadsheet to generate the labels.
However, with a very large data set, it just spins out.
 
If so, could you try copying and pasting the group of
recipients into a fresh spreadsheet instead of using filters to select
them? The tool will then be able to generate labels successfully!
