I have gone through the tutorials to "fix" the layout and still my labels are not aligning.  I don't want to have to customize the template each time I print.  I paid to have this easily setup so I could just print it.

It appears as though the spacing between the labels is not enough so that by the 3 column the labels are too far left and the labels on the bottom are too high.

Please advise
James

I would be interested to know if you got this resolved.  I just posted to the Forum with the same problem.  Thanks - Betsi

Hi there,

First of all, thank you for using Labelmaker. I'm sorry to hear you are having a hard time printing your labels.

Let's have a look at different things so that I can investigate further:
1- Can you confirm you are printing it with margins set to "NONE"?
2- Can you check if the scale is 100% when printing and you are using a Letter format for paper size?
3- Have you considered lowering the font size or reducing the amount of text? Labels can only contain a certain amount of characters, when there are more inside them, they will grow and misalign
4- Could you take a picture of the misalignment you noticed?

Please check this guide which explains step-by-step how to fix issues with your labels: https://labelsmerge.com/guides/how-to-fix-misaligned-labels

Let me know how it goes,
All the best,
Lucy

I have tried all of those things and still having the same issues as the original poster. I've paid $80 to have this product and am about to request a refund because nothing is working
