Labels not printing in the correct dimensions

Hi there!

I tried to make some Avery return address lables Avery 8167 and they printed too large - 60 to a page, rather than the intended 80 to a page. I even tried OnlineLabels.com - OL25 - 1.75" x 0.5" Return Address Labels because it said the correct dimensions and they also printed 15 to a column - not the intended 20 (60 total not 80). I eventually had to just go to Avery.com to do it. I purchased this extension to avoid that. Please refund me. Thank you!
