I was able to select certain entries that I wanted to make labels for but now label maker is getting every listed entry and I don't want that to happen. How do I do this or fix what Is broken?

Hello,

To select certain entries, you would have to filter your spreadsheet.
  1. On your computer, open a spreadsheet in Google Sheets.
  2. Select a range of cells.
  3. Click Data  Create a filter.
  4. To see filter options, go to the top of the range and click Filter .
    • Filter by condition: Choose conditions or write your own.
    • Filter by values: To hide data points, uncheck the box next to the data point and click OK.
    • Search: Search for data points by typing in the search box.
    • Filter by color: Choose which text or fill color to filter by. You can filter by conditional formatting colors, but not alternating colors.
  5. To turn the filter off, click Data  Turn off filter.

Only the visible rows will be taken into account when printing your labels.

All the best,

This Filter view function is very buggy for me - it used to occasionally work, but now it just doesn't.  Labels are invariably created for the whole spreadsheet, not the filtered, visible rows.  That makes the document pretty useless as the sheet is thousands of rows.
Any tips or suggestions for how to make this work?
