How to print a full page of the same label?

1. Create a new spreadsheet and give it a name.

2. Fill the spreadsheet with headers in the first row and content to print on the second row:

3. Count how many labels your page contains (tip: it's generally displayed on the labels packaging)

4. Duplicate the 2nd row as many times as the page can contain labels.

  • If your sheet contains 30 labels, duplicate the 2nd row 30 times
  • If your sheet contains 15 labels, duplicate the 2nd row 15 times

4. Now open a new Google Doc. In the menu, select “Add-ons” and then “Labelmaker” > “Create Labels” .

5. Proceed with the steps to create and print labels

  • If that's the first time that you create and print labels, follow our step-by-step guide.
  • Note: when printing, margins should be set to "none". Do not add margins or spacings so that labels align correctly.
