Image did not transfer over to the "ready labels"

I had everything done but when I hit create labels and opened the doc, I first got an error symbol instead of the image. I tried again to fix it and now the image doesn't show at all. The only thing I see is what I typed in

Images in Google Docs need to be inserted inside a table to be displayed correctly. You will need to insert a table inside the rectangular one you already have (see screenshot attached). 

Here is the step-by-step guide to add images in your labels. Don't forget to resize the image to not modify the cell's height and width.
